My name is Creed Monroe, and I'm a real estate agent serving Northeast Iowa with a focus on agricultural and recreational properties.

I grew up just outside of Decorah and have spent most of my life around agriculture and the outdoors. Through working in my family's crop service business and gaining experience in agricultural finance, I've had the opportunity to work alongside farmers and landowners throughout Northeast Iowa. Those experiences have given me a strong appreciation for the land, the people who work it, and the decisions that come with owning it.
