Pete and his wife, Kathy, moved their small farm to Unionville, MO in the fall of 2016. Although new to the agency he is not new to real estate. Pete bought and sold over $1 million in property before the age of 35. His eye for the value of a property caught all varieties of investments from an industrial property with a rail spur, a 100 year old building on the town square, to 4 acres of prime development ground in the path of growth.
The real estate adventure began upon completing his endeavor at the University of Iowa. His travels took him all around the U.S. and exposed him to many different uses and values in real estate. His years in the Northwoods of Wisconsin showed him the value in a great, grass dairy farm or a trophy buck hunting tract; while his time in Islamorada, Florida Keys showed him the explosion of growth and opportunities of being in the path of that growth.
Now settled on a small farm in Northern Missouri Pete brings this experience to Heartland Trophy Properties. He is excited to work with clients and his main focus is to accomplish their real estate goals. Whether it be development, finding that perfect recreational piece, or finding the best buyer to reach his seller’s goals, Pete has a passion for real estate.
